#R1# Timber shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mansueto defends it nicely. Mansueto with the counter takedown but Timber avoids it easily. Timber lunges at Mansueto with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mansueto's hand. Timber connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mansueto. Mansueto circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Tim Timber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Timber tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mansueto doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Timber pushing out the jab but it's not landing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Timber changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A punch lands to the side of Mansueto 's head but he takes it in his stride. A big left from Timber misses. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Timber, as that shot connected.
#ROC#Mansueto is rocked!#T1# and Timber counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Mansueto! He's just covering up as Timber starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

#R1# Day misses with a takedown attempt and Mansueto counters with a stiff right hand. Day fails with a takedown attempt from distance.#TD# Day shoots in and gets a takedown into Mansueto's guard. Day trying to control but Mansueto is working from the bottom. #SUB# Day drops back, looking for a kneebar! Mansueto looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Mansueto looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Mansueto! #REVB# Day definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Day is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Mansueto's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mansueto working over Day with some ground and pound. Day looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.#T1# Day moves into full guard.
Day wants to sweep but no luck. Day is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mansueto can do anything to dispel that myth. Mansueto is looking for a sweep. Day is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.#SUB# Day is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Mansueto told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Day is figuring out what he wants to do next.#T2# Day seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mansueto does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Day is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mansueto! Mansueto tries to hold on but Day pushes him away. #SUB# Day is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mansueto to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mansueto shrugs it off. Day looking to control and managing it successfully. #SUB# Day is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Mansueto has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Mansueto! #T3# Day wants to sweep but no luck. Day working a defensive guard here.
Mansueto working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Day's head. Mansueto working some strikes from top position.#SUB# Day had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mansueto defends it easily. Day is trying to control the position but Mansueto postures up. #T4# Mansueto wants to control from the top but Day keeps moving. Day looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mansueto is one step ahead there. #SUB# Mansueto got a little sloppy there for a moment and Day has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mansueto has managed to get both his arms back between Day's legs - danger averted. Mansueto is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Mansueto working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. #SUB# Day has his foot on Mansueto's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mansueto works his way back into a safe position though. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Day is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Mansueto connects with a couple of short punches. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Day dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.#R2# Day shoots for a takedown but Mansueto saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Day fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mansueto avoids it really well and circles away. Mansueto really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Day. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Day looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mansueto is one step ahead there. Day is working hard here to advance position. Mansueto must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.#SUB# Day is looking to cinch up a triangle. Mansueto throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Day's body to avoid the submission. Day has instead reached around Mansueto's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Day arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

#R1# Kozlov scores with a jab. Mansueto acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Mansueto shoots for a double leg takedown but Kozlov sprawls well. He's pushed Mansueto's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Kozlov scores with a jab to the jaw.#CL2# Kozlov clinches up against the cage. Kozlov stops a takedown attempt from Mansueto.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Kozlov. Mansueto is working for takedown but Kozlov is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cobra Mansueto. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kozlov lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mansueto backwards. #BC2# Kozlov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kozlov cracks Mansueto with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Mansueto tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kozlov pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Mansueto is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
