Lorkhe has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.#TD# Sagget shoots in and gets a takedown into Lorkhe's guard. Sagget lands a couple of decent looking shots. Lorkhe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sagget. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sagget pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lorkhe is keeping the position for now. Sagget working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Lorkhe is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Sagget working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lorkhe's head. Sagget prevents Lorkhe from getting back to his feet. Lorkhe controls Sagget momentarily but Sagget frees himself. Sagget scoring with strikes to the body and head. Lorkhe on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Lorkhe is hurt! He's hurt bad - Sagget fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Lorkhe from any more punishment! #R1# Lorkhe fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lorkhe takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. #CUT2#It looks like Edward Lorkhe has been cut. Harkan scores with a punch to the head. Harkan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lorkhe stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Harkan thuds a left hand into Lorkhe's body. Harkan rushes Lorkhe and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Lorkhe is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Harkan piles on the pressure and Lorkhe crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

#R1# Lorkhe keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Anzor's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lorkhe connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Anzor scrambles back to his feet.#TD# Anzor shoots in and gets a takedown into Lorkhe's guard. Lorkhe wants to improve his position but instead Anzor has moved into half guard.
Anzor looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Anzor thows a huge punch but Lorkhe dodges it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anzor drops an elbow to the side of Lorkhe's head. Lorkhe is trying to maintain the position but Anzor is very close to passing his half guard.#T1# Anzor wants to control but Lorkhe is keeping him busy. Lorkhe is trying to stand.
Lorkhe wants to get back to full guard but Anzor has passed into side control. Anzor creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Lorkhe is not in a great position here, taking some shots. #SUB# Anzor tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Anzor has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Lorkhe wants to control but Anzor postures up. Anzor cracks Lorkhe with a big elbow. #T2# Anzor in side control lands a decent elbow. #SUB# Anzor is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lorkhe looks calm but he's in trouble here. Anzor gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lorkhe is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Anzor lets go of the hold and Lorkhe can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Soso Anzor! A very excited looking Soso Anzor rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed. |

#R1# Lorkhe lands a glancing blow to the side of Magomedov's head. Lorkhe misses with a right hand and Magomedov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Magomedov throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Lorkhe misses with a two punch combination.
Lorkhe swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Lorkhe blocks a leg kick. Lorkhe's coach down at PhoQus Island Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lorkhe's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Lorkhe rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Lorkhe takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #CUT#It looks like Edward Lorkhe has been cut. Magomedov ducks under a wild hook from Lorkhe. Magomedov throws a head kick but Lorkhe moves out of range.
Lorkhe lands a head shot. Lorkhe slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Magomedov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lorkhe. Magomedov misses with a straight right. #T1# Lorkhe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Magomedov throws a hook to the side of Lorkhe's head but Lorkhe sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Lorkhe throws out a counter right but Magomedov avoids it with no problem. Lorkhe throws a body punch but Magomedov moves out of range. Lorkhe cracks Magomedov's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Magomedov slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Lorkhe can do further damage! This one is done, son!

#R1##KD# Lorkhe feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Boy sprawling to the canvas! Boy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Lorkhe finish him?!
#CUT#It looks like Ola Boy has been cut. Lorkhe cracks Boy with a left hook right on the temple and Boy goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Lorkhe lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Boy is OK!

#R1##CL2# Lorkhe takes the fight into the clinch. #TD2# Lorkhe turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Lorkhe trying to control the position but Kolomensky is working away. Lorkhe tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Kolomensky tries to bench press Lorkhe off him but Lorkhe keeps the position. Lorkhe laying and praying for a moment but Kolomensky takes advantage and regains half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lorkhe takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Kolomensky is looking to control Lorkhe's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kolomensky avoid being mounted?#T1# Lorkhe prevents Kolomensky from standing back up.
