Mile lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Mile lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Magalhaes De Souza misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mile connects with a solid leg kick. Magalhaes De Souza chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mile can pounce on him.
Mile scores with a push kick. Magalhaes De Souza misses with a hook
and Mile counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Magalhaes De Souza looks to land a combination but Mile avoids it well. Magalhaes De Souza walks forward, straight into a front kick from Mile. Magalhaes De Souza looks winded! Mile scoring well with a low kick there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mile lands with a kick to the ribs.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Mile throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Magalhaes De Souza is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

#R1# Magalhaes De Souza misses with a double jab.
#TD# Excellent takedown into side control there by Yboy. Magalhaes De Souza sneaks out the side door and pushes Yboy away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.#TD# Yboy closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Magalhaes De Souza quickly recovers to half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Yboy landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Yboy is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Yboy lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Magalhaes De Souza wants to get back to his feet. Yboy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Magalhaes De Souza keeps working. Magalhaes De Souza looks like he's trying to stand up.
#T1# Yboy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Magalhaes De Souza with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Yboy is nestled in close to Magalhaes De Souza , controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Yboy is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Magalhaes De Souza is hurt! He's hurt bad - Yboy fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Magalhaes De Souza from any more punishment! Congratulations to Yboy! Great finish!

Chunk Yboy decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. |
