#TD# Dinu gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.#SUB# Messing drops back looking for a leg! Dinu is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dinu manages to kick Messing off! Messing jumps back into Dinu's guard. Dinu can't keep his opponent in guard - Messing advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. We've been hearing that Messing has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Messing not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. #T1# Still in half guard, Messing seems content to control. Messing throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Messing has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dinu keeping control of the position. That was a close round but I would say that Gerard Messing will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Gerard Messing's cut. That's time! Saint-Clair looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Saint-Clair uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dinu. It looked like Saint-Clair was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Dinu. A swing and a miss from Dinu. It looked like Saint-Clair wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Dinu swings away with a body shot that misses
and Saint-Clair connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Saint-Clair wants to clinch. Saint-Clair is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Dinu lands with a good body shot. Saint-Clair takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Dinu with a nice calf kick. Dinu ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Greyson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Dinu scores with a jab. A shot to the liver by Dinu. Beautiful body shot. Greyson throws a lazy uppercut
and Dinu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT#It looks like Mickey Greyson has been cut. Dinu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Greyson manages to avoid it. Greyson unleashes a big counter combination but Dinu bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Greyson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Greyson throws a wild hook but Dinu just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Greyson gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Dinu raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

Dinu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Grandall circles away quickly and effectively. Grandall tries for a takedown but Dinu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Grandall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dinu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Grandall. Dinu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Grandall manages to avoid it. Grandall ducks under a wild hook from Dinu. Horrible takedown attempt by Grandall or perhaps it was just good defense by Dinu, which made it look bad. #TD# Grandall looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Dinu is looking to get back to is feet but Grandall passes into side control.

CleaPain takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Dinu sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! CleaPain bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! Gum shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dinu defends it nicely. Gum darts in trying to clinch and Dinu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Gum looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Dinu with a jab.#CUT2#It looks like Juicy Gum has been cut. Dinu lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gum at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dinu throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Gum stumbling backwards into the cage! Gum bounces back off the cage towards Dinu, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Dinu lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Dinu celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
