Kyle Schneider overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Schneider lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. #R1# Piccirilli feints a jab promting Wagon to slip. Piccirilli then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Wagon slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Piccirilli thows a body kick. Wagon tries to catch it but that hurt him. Piccirilli moves out of range as Wagon strikes. A little feinted left hand from Piccirilli on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Piccirilli pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Wagon back to the cage. Piccirilli follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Wagon tries to clinch up but Piccirilli circles away and keeps his distance. Piccirilli lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.#ROC#Wagon is rocked! Wagon circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Piccirilli. Wagon falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Piccirilli!

Alieva is trying to pull guard but Piccirilli has him pressed against the cage. Piccirilli gets through Alieva's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Piccirilli has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Piccirilli working aggressively here.
Piccirilli lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Alieva can't find room to land a body shot as Piccirilli controls the action.

Piccirilli cracks LaFromboise with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A telegraphed right hand from Piccirilli misses the target. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Piccirilli walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. LaFromboise with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Piccirilli to score with a decent uppercut.#T1# LaFromboise ducks right into an uppercut from Piccirilli. Piccirilli paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. LaFromboise takes one on the button.
