Kenton advances to half guard. Grant is trying is best to control the position here. Kenton tries to stand and escape but Grant is controlling the position. Grant trying to control here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Grant is pressing down on Kenton's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Grant keeping moving, preventing Kenton from controlling successfully. Kenton passes Grant's right leg, so he's now in half guard. #T1# Grant scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Kenton manages to mount him!

Kenton seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Grant has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Kenton has eaten all the pies! Grant trying to control the action but Kenton is working from the bottom. #T2# Kenton tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Grant presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Kenton tries to lock up and control but Grant gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kenton tries to get back to half guard but can't. #T3##ES2# Kenton bucks up and throws Grant to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Grant shoots in for a double leg but Kenton sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Horrible takedown attempt by Grant or perhaps it was just good defense by Kenton, which made it look bad. Horrible takedown attempt by Grant or perhaps it was just good defense by Kenton, which made it look bad. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. #R1# Grant tries to close the distance and clinch but White swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. White stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and White wants it to stay on the feet. White is looking to counter punch. White throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. White jabs Grant right on the nose. Grant blinks but takes it well.#CUT#It looks like Jackson Grant has been cut. White lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Grant at a distance.
Nice uppercut there from White. White keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Grant shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts White as he jumps to the side. Marcus White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Grant. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Grant takes one on the button. Grant misses with an uppercut
and White scores with a counter punch that sends Grant to the canvas! White smells blood - he's punishing Grant with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Grant has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

#R1##TD# Bum bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Grant sneaks out the side door and pushes Bum away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.#TD2# Grant feints and as Bum raises his hands in defense, Grant changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bum pulls Grant in to control the position. #SUB# Grant got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bum has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Grant has managed to get both his arms back between Bum's legs - danger averted. Bum wants to sweep but no luck. Bum is controlling Grant's posture. Bum manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Grant manages to get himself to full guard.

Bang sprawls well initially but Grant persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #SUB2# Grant is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bang defends it well. Grant is taking a breather. Bang says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.#SU2# Grant decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. #TD2# Grant gets the takedown into side control. Grant is staying tight to Bang's torso, preventing him from escaping. #SUB2# Grant thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bang wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Grant misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That looks like it's hurt Grant quite badly. Grant pulls Pocket in close trying to recover. Pocket postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Grant on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Grant doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

#R1##TD# Martyr shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Martyr was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Martyr lands a nice forearm strike. Martyr cracks Grant with a big elbow. Grant really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Martyr. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Martyr lands a few punches from side control. Martyr grinds an elbow into Grant's temple. Martyr wants to control but Grant is keeping him busy. Grant tries to bench press Martyr off him but Martyr keeps the position. Grant taking punishment in the form of punches.
Martyr tries to advance to mount but can't. Martyr connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Grant some visible discomfort.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Martyr working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
