The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. #BC# Spetnagl breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Spetnagl is looking to clinch but Brunson is avoiding it.
Spetnagl wants to clinch up but Brunson keeps it at a distance. Brunson is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position.#TD# Spetnagl has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Brunson is trying to keep an underhook but Spetnagl manages to get the takedown into half guard. Spetnagl passes the guard and advances to mount! Spetnagl controlling his opponent. Spetnagl raining down hammerfists from mount.#T1# Spetnagl cracks Brunson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Brunson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#SUB# Spetnagl jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Brunson manages to avoid the submission attempt. Spetnagl working the body and head with strikes. #SU# Spetnagl decides to take the fight back to the feet. Spetnagl fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.#CL# Spetnagl rushes Brunson and presses him up against the cage. Brunson takes a knee to the side of the body. #T2# Spetnagl leaning his opponent against the cage.#TD# Spetnagl has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Brunson regains guard immediately. Spetnagl slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.#SUB# Brunson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Spetnagl's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Spetnagl! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Brunson has tapped! This one is allllll over!
