#R1# Wheeler shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Quantou eats them both and turns towards Wheeler to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Quantou steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Wheeler. That one must have hurt. Quantou finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Quantou displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wheeler. Jab, jab by Wheeler - just one landing. #ROC#Quantou is rocked! Quantou gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Wheeler points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Quantou wakes up just in time to hear Wheeler thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

#R1##CL# Kish takes the fight into the clinch. I was talking to Kish's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Quantou is trying to drag Kish to the mat but Kish just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Kish softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Kish connects with a nasty looking knee right to Quantou's face.
Kish lands with a left to the head. Kish is defending well against a takedown attempt. Kish scores with an uppercut up the middle.#ROC#Quantou is rocked! Quantou's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Quantou is still on wobbly legs! Can Kish finish him? Kish dips a shoulder and cracks Quantou with a mighty uppercut! Quantou falls back against the cage and Kish unloads with a barrage of strikes! Quantou is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Kish screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ford Kish! As Ford Kish got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: How I feel after a win? I feel like you feel once you find a dark corner to count the money you got from that 7-11 after pointing a squirt gun in their face. Like an inner city democrat. I mean... like a criminal.

#R1# Drew with a nice calf kick. Quantou slips a straight right by Drew. Drew lands with a kick to the temple. Quantou shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Drew pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Quantou tries to move into range but Drew moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.#CL# Drew moves into the clinch. Drew tries a body shot but Quantou blocks it.
Drew tries to throw a body punch but Quantou avoids it by throwing Drew back against the cage. Drew is pressed up against the cage. Quantou has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Drew down to the mat. Drew avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Quantou gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Quantou misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Drew.
Drew takes a swing at Quantou's ribcage but misses. Quantou swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Drew is looking to counter with head kicks.#CL2# Quantou rushes Drew and presses him up against the cage. Tracey rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Quantou moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Tracey swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tracey throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Quantou bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Quantou doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Tracey rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Quantou counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Tracey looks to land a left hand but Quantou moved out of range nicely. Tracey swinging wildly here.
This has been an exciting period of action! Tracey tries to bum rush Quantou with a series of wild strikes but Quantou uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A left and a right from Tracey both land. Nice combination. Quantou doesn't manage to clinch there - Tracey circles away.

Tracey throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Quantou stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Tracy Tracey seems to be getting the better of the standup. Quantou fails to land with a series of punches.

One Sub tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Quantou was well out of range. Poor timing from One Sub. Quantou fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but One Sub avoids it really well and circles away. Quantou closes the distance and clinches up with One Sub, looking for a takedown. Quantou pushes One Sub against the cage but One Sub circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. One Punch One Sub has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zhandouji Quantou. Quantou shoots in looking for a takedown but One Sub manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Quantou's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. One Sub swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Alexander Frost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zhandouji Quantou. Quantou slaps away a takedown attempt from Frost, before circling back to the center of the mat. Frost wants to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Quantou fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Quantou wants to control but Kakuto is keeping busy.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Quantou makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Quantou. Quantou is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.#T1# Quantou looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kakuto puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Takanori fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Quantou to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Quantou looks to clinch but Takanori throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Quantou taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Zhandouji Quantou seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Quantou checks the leg kick nicely there.

Skibbo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. A lazy body kick from Quantou and Skibbo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #ROC#Quantou is rocked!
