#R1##TD2# Manaitpasov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Penn tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Manaitpasov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Manaitpasov controls the position. Manaitpasov wants to control but Penn is keeping him busy. Manaitpasov throws a strike aimed at the side of Penn's head but Penn avoids it well. Manaitpasov misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Penn is trying to control Manaitpasov's posture but Manaitpasov avoids it. Penn is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Manaitpasov off and has taken his back! So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Penn keeps control of the position as Manaitpasov tries to break free.
#SUB# Penn is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Manaitpasov is defending well though. Penn let's go of the attempt for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Manaitpasov trying to control the hands but Penn won't let him. Manaitpasov tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Manaitpasov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Penn's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Manaitpasov. Penn keeping moving, preventing Manaitpasov from controlling successfully. Manaitpasov's corner is telling him to maintain position. Manaitpasov throws a strike but Penn rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVR# Penn pushing down on Manaitpasov's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Manaitpasov is trying to control but Penn manages to pass to mount!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Manaitpasov wants to hold on but Penn pushes him away.#T3##SUB# Penn quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Penn but it's paid off an Manaitpasov is forced to tap! Nice work by Penn.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Penn slips a jab from Catawanee. Penn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Catawanee stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Catawanee wants it to stay on the feet. Penn has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Catawanee throws a lazy right hand but Penn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Penn is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Catawanee with a body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Catawanee swings for the body but Penn moves out of range.
A little jabbing left from Penn on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Penn moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.#T1# Penn keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Penn swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Catawanee leaves Penn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Catawanee was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Chayton Catawanee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Penn. Penn with a lazy takedown attempt and Catawanee counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Catawanee comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.#T2# Penn dives in and grabs Catawanee's left leg, looking for a takedown. Catawanee pushes down on Penn's head and hops out. Catawanee swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Catawanee missing with a left hand there. Penn was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A countering left hand to the body from Penn misses. A looping hook to the body misses from Catawanee. Penn does a little dance to reset his feet. A little jabbing left from Penn on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Penn takes a jab right on the kisser.

Penn throws out a counter right but Catawanee avoids it with no problem. Penn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Catawanee sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Penn somewhat. Catawanee was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.#T3# A big right from Catawanee misses. It seemed like Penn was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Penn ducks under a wild hook from Catawanee. Penn throws out a counter right but Catawanee avoids it with no problem. Catawanee feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Penns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! A swing and a miss from Catawanee.#T4# Penn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Penn walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Penn shoots in looking for a takedown but Catawanee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Penn's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Catawanee is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Catawanee throws the left hand but Penn avoids the punch easily. Penn swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Penn uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Catawanee.

Penn looks like he wants to counter punch here.#T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Catawanee misses with a wild body shot. Penn appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. A left lands for Catawanee. Catawanee definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Penn shoots in for a double leg but Catawanee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with each other but Penn might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Catawanee has got the better of the exchanges. Catawanee misses the shot to the body. Penn shoots for a double leg takedown but Catawanee sprawls well. He's pushed Penn's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Penn fails miserably with a takedown attempt. It looked like Catawanee was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Penn. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Catawanee waves Penn back to his feet! Catawanee throws an overhand right that lands on Penn's shoulder, as Penn tries to avoid the shot. Catawanee misses with a hook. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Penn! But no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's going to take a lot out of James Penn. Catawanee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Catawanee throws a shot to the body.

Chayton Catawanee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Chayton Catawanee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Catawanee throws the left hand but Penn avoids the punch easily. Penn throws out a counter right but Catawanee avoids it with no problem.
And that's the end of the fight! Chayton Catawanee showed his dominance in that final round. Well Catawanee has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# Leonardo connects with a nice looking jab.
Penn will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Penn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Leonardo's waist but Leonardo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Penn off to one side. Leonardo clobbers Penn with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Leonardo, as that shot connected.
Leonardo lands with a nice body punch. Good standup being displayed there by Leonardo as he connects with a hook.#ROC2#Penn is rocked! Leonardo lands with a big right hook that stumbles Penn - he's out on his feet here! Leonardo follows up with another monster hook that separates Penn from consciousness! Penn falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Leonardo stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

An out of breath Mario Leonardo thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
