Collins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Collins is trying to control the action in half guard but Ragnarson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Ragnarson moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Collins knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ragnarson on the ground.

Ragnarson manages to get his arm free though and Collins is in a world of trouble! Ragnarson sinks in the hooks and squeezes! Collins turns purple and then goes limp. The referee steps in to end the bout!

After the fight, Siggurd Ragnarson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. |
