Petrov has a takedown stuffed.
Nice sprawl there from Malone as Petrov shoots in.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Malone! But no joy.
Petrov goes for a double leg but Malone avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Malone continues to drive forward.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dmitriy Petrov. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD2#

We've been hearing reports that Ganbat has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
