#R1##CL# Em clinches up with Nurmagochev and pushes him back against the cage.#BC# Em's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Em will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
#TD2# Nurmagochev manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Em on his heels. He'll look to pass Em's guard now, I'm sure. Em is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Nurmagochev drops back looking for a leg! Em is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Em manages to kick Nurmagochev off! Nurmagochev jumps back into Em's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nurmagochev postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Em has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nurmagochev is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Em. Nurmagochev is still on wobbly legs! Can Em finish him? Nurmagochev switches off momentarily and Em cracks him with a monster right hand! Nurmagochev topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Em dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Em!

and Glass counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Nurmagochev looks winded! Nurmagochev tries to clinch up and Glass counters with a huge left! Nurmagochev is in big trouble! He's backing up but Glass isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Nurmagochev from any more damage. A dominating finish by Glass!

#R1# Munro swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nurmagochev counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nurmagochev shoots in for a takedown but Munro shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Munro throws a right and a left that both miss. Munro bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Nurmagochev fails with a takedown attempt. Nurmagochev changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Munro tries to avoid it but Nurmagochev manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Munro to the ground. Munro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jaxson Munro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuri Nurmagochev. Nurmagochev throws a series of punches but Munro moves out of range. Munro darts in and out, connecting with a jab. #CUT#It looks like Yuri Nurmagochev has been cut.#KD# Munro lands a left and a right that send Nurmagochev crashing to the mat, dazed. Munro thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC#Nurmagochev is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Munro plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Nurmagochev to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Nurmagochev just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Nurmagochev moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Orslo trying to control but Nurmagochev flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! We've been told by Brunson's head coaches at Cozad MMA Las Vegas that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.#TD2# Nurmagochev shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brunson napping and manages to drive through into side control! Brunson tries to improve position but can't. #SU2# Nurmagochev decides to stand up, so the ref orders Brunson to his feet. Nurmagochev walks into a stiff left hand from Brunson.#CUT#It looks like Yuri Nurmagochev has been cut. Nurmagochev uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brunson. Nurmagochev throws a right hand that Brunson ducks under and follows up with a left that Brunson also avoids with ease. An attempted straight right counter from Brunson misses the target. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nurmagochev.#TD# Brunson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Nurmagochev manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and The Anchorman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from The Anchorman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. The Anchorman throws a fast counter high kick but Nurmagochev manages to duck under it in time.#KD2# The Anchorman drops Nurmagochev with a beautiful combination! Nurmagochev stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - The Anchorman is looking for the KO!#CUT2#It looks like Yuri Nurmagochev has been cut. The Anchorman fakes the leg kick and cracks Nurmagochev in the body. Nurmagochev moves out of range of the body kick. The Anchorman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. As The Anchorman looks to move away, Nurmagochev throws a big counter combo but The Anchorman just gets out of the way. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nurmagochev advances position into side control! The Anchorman wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Nurmagochev slows the pace down. Nurmagochev seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down The Anchorman for as long as he can get away with.
