Archer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Boy scores with a jab to the head.
Boy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Archer swats away the attempt to clinch by Boy.
It seemed like Archer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Boy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Archer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boy was well out of range. Poor timing from Archer.
Boy swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
The fighters circling - Archer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Archer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Boy circles away.
Boy fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Archer shoots in looking for a takedown. Boy tries to sprawl out of it but Archer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Archer looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Archer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Boy throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Boy lands a right hand that snaps the head of Archer backwards.
Boy stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Boy lands a left hand that snaps the head of Archer backwards.
Boy scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A body shot lands from Boy.
Boy digs a right hand into Archer's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Archer's gas tank.
Boy misses with a punch to the body.
Archer drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rio Boy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Archer.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boy dips a shoulder and cracks Archer with a mighty uppercut! Archer falls back against the cage and Boy unloads with a barrage of strikes! Archer is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Boy screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
