Rua fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Castro to the ground. Rua is now in Castro's guard.
Castro looking to control.
Rua is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. #SUB#

Rua stands and steps away. Castro gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Castro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Let's hope that Rua has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rua takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.#SUB2#
Rua has hold of Castro's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Castro manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Rua content just to control the position here.

Victor Rua showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
