#R1##TD2# Nowe changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Amoudi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Nowe should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Nowe scores with punches from side control. #SUB2# Nowe has hold of Amoudi's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Amoudi seems comfortable defending it but Nowe has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Amoudi is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Amoudi is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Nowe couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Tapp Nowe! Tapp Nowe decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. |
