#R1# Medina keeps the fight on the outside. As Miura tries to get set, Medina tries to push him back and clinch up but Miura manages to avoid the attempt. Medina tries to close the distance and clinch but Miura swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Medina backing away here, and Miura unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Miura tries to score a power double leg takedown but Medina sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Miura somewhat. Medina throws a lazy right hand but Miura sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Miura shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Medina as he avoids it easily. Nice cross by Medina. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Miura. Medina is looking for a counter combo. Frank Medina has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tenshou Miura. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Miura closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Miura tries to move into full mount but can't pass Medina's legs. #SUB2# Miura is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Medina is trying to escape and Miura transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Medina is forced to tap! Nice work there by Miura! Very nice indeed!

#R1# Horrible takedown attempt by Miura or perhaps it was just good defense by Muller, which made it look bad. Muller looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Miura closes the distance and clinches up with Muller, looking for a takedown. Miura pushes Muller against the cage but Muller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Muller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Miura moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Miura closes this distance looking for a takedown but Muller circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tenshou Miura. That's going to take a lot out of him. No joy there for Muller, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A punch combination from Muller misses. #CL# Miura has Muller up against the cage in a clinch.
Miura has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Muller avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.#BC# Miura breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Muller lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miura circles away quickly and effectively. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miura shoots for a double leg takedown but Muller sprawls well. He's pushed Miura's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Muller looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Miura avoids a punch combination nicely.
A combination from Muller does no damage. #TD# Miura shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Muller scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Miura manages to mount him!
#T1# Miura controlling the pace for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Muller is trying to get back to his feet but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Miura throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Muller has his hands clasped together but Miura breaks the hold and Muller is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Miura!

#R1##TD# Miura dives in and scores a takedown into Kickboxer's guard. Miura wants to control from the top but Kickboxer keeps moving. Miura stops Kickboxer from standing up. Kickboxer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Miura. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Miura is stalling in the full guard. Miura slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Miura scores with punches from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Miura has an Americana. Kickboxer didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Miura is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Miura hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
