Howe shoots in and bounces Slate off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Slate kicks Howe off and gets to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Slate.
Slate is breathing heavily.
Slate shoots in and drives through. Howe sprawls well.
Despite the aggression on Howe's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
We've been hearing reports that Slate has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.#CL#

Tetsuo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
