Carter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Carter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Carter is defended easily by Smith.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Smith! But no joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Travis Carter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
