Young tries to pull guard but James holds him up against the cage and eventually Young drops back down to his feet.
Young has had enough of the clinch but James keeps him there for the moment.#BC2# James's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. James throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Young's waist but Young gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing James off to one side. Thorn tries to bum rush James with a series of wild strikes but James uses good footwork to avoid the assault. James is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. James avoids a punch combination nicely.
A big right from Thorn misses. James blocks a jab. Thorn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but James circles away quickly and effectively. James throws a counter combo. Thorn misses with a straight right. James is looking for the big counter here. Thorn misses with a left hand #CL2# and James counters by moving into the clinch. James slows down the pace here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. James jabbing away but nothing is landing. Tarasov half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. James tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Arlo James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tarasov keeps the fight on the outside. Tarasov tries to counter with a takedown but James is quick to defend against it. James fails in his attempt to clinch. As James looks to move away, Desjardins throws a big counter combo but James just gets out of the way. Desjardins tries to clinch and James cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. James moves in looking to clinch but Desjardins pushes him off. James shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Desjardins as he jumps to the side. #CL# Desjardins closes the distance and clinches. That's going to take a lot out of One One. James gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from One.
