It seemed like Clone was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Clone moves forwards but Kalvis connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Clone throws out a loose jab but Kalvis uses good head movement to avoid it.

Clone has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
