Usamov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee asks Usamov politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Usamov prefers to stall for the moment though.
Slice bucks up and tries to throw Usamov off but instead Usamov has got his back!
Usamov punishes Slice with strikes from the back mount.
Slice is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2#
Slice tries to get to his feet, scrambling wildly. Usamov sees the opportunity and transitions to an armbar that forces Slice to tap. Impressive finish!

Randal tries to clinch up but Slice circles away and keeps his distance.
As Randal tries to get set, Slice tries to push him back and clinch up but Randal manages to avoid the attempt.
Slice takes a kick to the side of the head.
Randal moves in looking to clinch but Slice pushes him off.
Randal tries to clinch but Slice moves out of range.
Slice tests Randal's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Randal tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slice swivels and escapes.#CL2#
Randal has managed to clinch.
Randal is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Randal tries to clinch up but Slice circles away and keeps his distance.
Slice loads up on a big right hand but Randal slips the punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Randal throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Randal slips under a jab from Slice.
Slice keeps the fight on the outside.
Slice ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Randal moves away.
Slice misses with a wild body shot.
Slice is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Slice slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.#T1#
Randal has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Randal there as he acknowledges the shot.#ROC#Randal is rocked!

Randal is still on wobbly legs! Can Slice finish him?
Randal switches off momentarily and Slice cracks him with a monster right hand! Randal topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Slice dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Slice!
