Mizoguchi fakes the leg kick and cracks Kimura in the body. Oh Mizoguchi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Mizoguchi throws a half hearted mid kick. Kimura throws a counter combo. Kimura swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Cross is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Kimura . Cross uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kimura .
Cross is looking to counter the offense by Kimura and move into the clinch. Kimura scores with a hook to the body. Cross takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Kimura throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
#TD# and Cross counters with a nice double leg into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cross is stalling in the full guard. Kimura really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cross. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kimura is trying to keep Cross in close.

Mcbutty throws a combination that misses and Kimura counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Mcbutty takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.#TD# Mcbutty changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kimura looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Kimura parries the strikes from Mcbutty easily there. Mcbutty is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Kimura to escape.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tutty Mcbutty. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kimura slaps away a takedown attempt from Mcbutty, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kimura lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
