#R1##CL# Langdon gets tackled into the cage by Kelly. Kelly maintains the clinch. #BC# Kelly manages to break the clinch.
#TD# Kelly shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Langdon works his way to full guard. Good work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Langdon lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# Langdon pushing down on Kelly's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Langdon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kelly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #SUB# Kelly looking for submissions off his back. Kelly is refusing to be controlled, as Langdon sits in half guard. Langdon works his way into side control. #SUB2# Langdon has hold of Kelly's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kelly seems comfortable defending it but Langdon has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kelly is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kelly is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Langdon couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Teddy Langdon! |
