Miele takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Miele closes the distance and clinches up with Long, looking for a takedown. Miele pushes Long against the cage but Long circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Miele shoots and misses
and Long makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Miele definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Long connects with a leg kick.
Long scores with a crisp jab that stopped Miele in his tracks.
Miele swats away the attempt to clinch by Long.
Miele was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Long feints and then cracks Miele's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Miele down.

Long has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Miele to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Long is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Miele pulls down on the head and he's put Long to sleep! This one is all over!
