#R1# De Heyst shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Conlan as he avoids it easily. Conlan only half commits to the counter leg kick.#TD2# Conlan feints and as De Heyst raises his hands in defense, Conlan changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB# De Heyst is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. De Heyst trying to control the position.
Conlan is looking to stand up but De Heyst won't let him. Conlan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# De Heyst pushes a forearm under Conlan's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Conlan is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

#R1# De Heyst ducks under a wild hook from Kahawaimauna. Kahawaimauna swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nice shot lands for Kahawaimauna. Nice takedown defense from Kahawaimauna. No joy for De Heyst on that attempt. Nice uppercut lands for Kahawaimauna. That snapped De Heyst's head back.
De Heyst looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Kahawaimauna lands a lovely overhand right. Kahawaimauna scores with a decent looking hook. Kahawaimauna jabs at De Heyst's body. Kahawaimauna throws a body shot but no joy. De Heyst changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kahawaimauna tries to avoid it but De Heyst manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kahawaimauna to the ground. Kahawaimauna escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kekoa Kahawaimauna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matheys De Heyst. Kahawaimauna lands a nice looking body shot.

De Heyst dives in for a single leg takedown but Kahawaimauna sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. De Heyst fails with a takedown attempt. Kahawaimauna scores with a crisp jab that stopped De Heyst in his tracks. Jab, jab by Kahawaimauna - just one landing. #ROC#De Heyst is rocked!#T1# Kahawaimauna lands a nice shot to the body.
De Heyst is still on wobbly legs! Can Kahawaimauna finish him? De Heyst with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kahawaimauna to score with a decent uppercut. Kahawaimauna stuffs the takedown. Kahawaimauna throwing a counter right hand but De Heyst manages to avoid it. De Heyst looks winded! Kahawaimauna cracks De Heyst with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends De Heyst tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kahawaimauna pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! De Heyst is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
