A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Petrov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Petrov has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Khan should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Petrov has tightened it up now! Khan should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Petrov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Petrov is landing with some decent strikes but Borisov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Petrov has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Borisov's face.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Borisov walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Petrov drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Borisov swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Petrov's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
