Fredrico swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fredrico gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Washington. Washington lands a glancing blow to the side of Fredrico's head. Washington misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fredrico looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Washington defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fredrico. Washington cracks Fredrico with a right hand to the side of the head. Washington throws a series of punches but Fredrico avoids them all with ease. #KD2# Washington lands a left and a right that send Fredrico crashing to the mat, dazed. Washington thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2#Fredrico is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Washington lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Fredrico falls backwards - clearly groggy! Washington dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

#R1# Sanregre lands with a hook. Fredrico tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Sanregre missing with a left hand there. Fredrico was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. #TD# Fredrico feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Sanregre avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Fredrico makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Fredrico has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fredrico controls from within his opponent's guard. #SUB# Fredrico drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fredrico jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Sanregre is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Fredrico dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fredrico scoring with punches from side control. Fredrico is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? Myers is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fredrico is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fredrico can do anything to dispel that myth. Myers is looking to work some ground and pound but Fredrico has wrist control. Myers is fighting to break Fredrico's control of his arms but Fredrico is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Fredrico tries to land a sweep but no joy. Fredrico is pulling down on Myers's head. It's preventing any offense from Myers, at least for the moment. Fredrico working a defensive guard here.

Whittaker regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Fredrico seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. #SUB# Whittaker escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar.
