#R1# Sampson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pavilis moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Pavilis scores to the head and body with a nice combination!#CUT2#It looks like Eden Sampson has been cut. Pavilis moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.#TD# Sampson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pavilis looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sampson is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Sampson tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Sampson controls the position from side control. Sampson lands a nice forearm strike. #T1# Pavilis tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Sampson controlling the pace for now. Sampson landing strikes from the mount.#SUB# Sampson throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! #R1##TD2# Fredrico shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Fredrico is figuring out what he wants to do next. Sampson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Sampson trying to control but Fredrico postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fredrico drops an elbow to the side of Sampson's head. Fredrico is trying to control. Sampson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. #T1# Sampson is controlling Fredrico's position as best he can from this difficult position. Sampson manages to get to full guard.
Sampson throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Fredrico controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. It looks like Fredrico might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Sampson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.#SUB# Sampson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Sampson advances position into side control! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Sampson lands a nice forearm strike. Sampson in side control, just content to control the action for now. #SUB# Sampson has hold of Hunt's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hunt seems comfortable defending it but Sampson has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hunt is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hunt is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Sampson couldn't care less - he's delighted!

#R1# Sampson with a lazy takedown attempt and Clubb counters with a straight right hand. Sampson tries to clinch up and Clubb cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Clubb throws a body kick that misses #TD2# and Sampson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sampson prevents Clubb from getting back to his feet. Sampson controls from within his opponent's guard. Clubb will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Clubb controls Sampson momentarily but Sampson frees himself. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sampson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Sampson tries to clinch up and Igwe cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.#CUT#It looks like Eden Sampson has been cut. Igwe thuds his right hand into Sampson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Sampson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Igwe getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Igwe throws a pinpoint strike between Sampson's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Sampson crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Igwe scores a great knockout victory!

Sampson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sanders - the referee stops the clock and Sampson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sanders. Sampson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Sampson tries to clinch there but Sanders circles away.

#CL2# and Sanders holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A frustrated look appears on Sanders's face as he tries to break the clinch. Sanders works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
