#R1##TD2# Contreras gets caught flat footed, as Caceres shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Caceres sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Contreras's guard. Contreras looks like he's trying to stand up.
Caceres tries to pass the half guard into mount. Contreras knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Contreras trying to hold on to Caceres's head to control him but Caceres postures up.
Caceres has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Shinobi Martial Arts & Ninjutsu. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.#SUB# Contreras actively working from the bottom here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Contreras trying to get back to full guard but Caceres takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Caceres looking to take Contreras's back but Contreras rolls and after a scramble, Contreras ends up on top in guard. You can see the frustration on Contreras's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Caceres fails to advance to Contreras's back.
