We've been told by Dantes's head coaches at Grove Street Boxing that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Lewis takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

enabling Dantes to counter with a crisp jab.
Mcgregor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mcgregor shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dantes defends it nicely.
Dantes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mcgregor from any more punishment! Mcgregor complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
