It seemed like Herman was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Herman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tiger has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Herman has managed to get both his arms back between Tiger's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Phillip Mckay.
