Mikidropov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Magomedov shoots in but Mikidropov avoids the takedown attempt easily.#TD2# Mikidropov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mikidropov lands in his opponent's guard.#SUB# Mikidropov avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Jab, jab by Rocha - just one landing. #CUT#It looks like Viktor Mikidropov has been cut. Mikidropov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rocha but Rocha pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lewis Rocha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Viktor Mikidropov. Mikidropov defending well as Rocha loads up on a big left hand. Rocha misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Mikidropov misses with a takedown attempt and Carp makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Carp lands an overhand right.#CUT#It looks like Viktor Mikidropov has been cut. Carp scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Mikidropov closes the distance and clinches up with Carp, looking for a takedown. Mikidropov pushes Carp against the cage but Carp circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Mikidropov fails with a takedown attempt. Carp is looking to counter punch. Common Carp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Viktor Mikidropov. Carp lands a jab to the head.
Some bone on bone action there as Carp checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Carp is looking to counter punch. Carp leaves Mikidropov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Mikidropov on the wrong end of a nice jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mikidropov stops Carp from standing up. Mikidropov not doing a lot at the moment. My spies in Gold Samurai\'s Gym inform me that Mikidropov has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Carp tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mikidropov was well out of range. Poor timing from Carp. Carp connects with a jab. Carp lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Mikidropov falls backwards - clearly groggy! Carp dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

#R1##TD2# Mikidropov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lopez's guard. Lopez keeping full guard, as Mikidropov tries to pass. Lopez wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Mikidropov manages to pass to side control. Mikidropov frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. #SUB2# Mikidropov looking for a guillotine from mount but Lopez is having none of it. Lopez is wriggling around trying to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mikidropov throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Lopez has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.#SUB2# Mikidropov working for a guillotine from mount but Lopez is in no mood to give up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lopez is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. #T1##SUB2# Mikidropov looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Lopez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mikidropov on the ground. Lopez is squirming around, avoiding Mikidropov's attempts to control the action. A nice elbow there by Mikidropov. Mikidropov dominating with strikes here. Lopez is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Mikidropov changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Mikidropov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carp but Carp pushes him off and we're back to square one. Mikidropov fails to move to back control. #SUB# Carp has left one of his arms exposed and Mikidropov doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Carp screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Mikidropov sitting in guard here, content to control. Osborne wants to sweep here but Mikidropov controlling him for the moment. Osborne is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Mikidropov takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Osborne! Viktor Mikidropov is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.#T2##TD# Mikidropov manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hunt on his heels. He'll look to pass Hunt's guard now, I'm sure. Hunt is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Let's hope that Hunt has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hunt wants to sweep here but Mikidropov controlling him for the moment.
