Steele manages to get full guard. Savage trying to control the position from guard on top but Steele is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Steele might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Steele is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Savage is looking to control Steele's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Savage avoid being mounted? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Savage wants to control but Steele passes into side.

Bush darts in looking for a takedown but Steele gets double underhooks and turns Bush into the cage. Steele doesn't succeed with the takedown#CL2# and Bush counters by moving into the clinch. Bush drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Steele gets the underhooks and prevents it.

#R1# Takehiko with a nice calf kick. Steele has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Takehiko finds it's way round the side to connect with Steele's head. An inside leg kick lands from Takehiko. Steele gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Takehiko. Takehiko fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Steele on the side of the head. Steele looks to throw the jab but Takehiko is out of range. Takehiko bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Steele fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Takehiko punishes Steele's body with a nice straight punch. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Takehiko. Both fighters circling a little - Takehiko finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Takehiko connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Steele takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
