#R1##TD# Siseiso closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Siseiso tries to advance to mount but Green denies him. Green is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Siseiso asserts his dominance and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Siseiso tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Siseiso has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! #SUB# Siseiso is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Green is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Green tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You get the feeling that Green really doesn't like being in this position too much.
#SUB# Green is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Siseiso locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Green is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Luis Siseiso! |
