We've been told by Klasson's head coaches at The Tank Factory that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Leary bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nope, Klasson circles away and we're back to standing.#TD2# Klasson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Souza keeping full guard, as Klasson tries to pass. #SUB# Souza working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Klasson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Klasson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Klasson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Souza is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bunktuous has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Stormcrow Centre in the buildup to the fight. A big right from Bunktuous misses. Klasson shoots in but no luck this time. A little feinted left hand from Bunktuous on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Klasson takes a body punch but keeps moving. Bunktuous fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Klasson manages to avoid it. Klasson tries to land a body kick and Bunktuous cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Bunktuous misses the jab. Klasson changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. #R1# Klasson looking to land some kicks to the body here.
It looked like Leary wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Klasson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Leary was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Good standup being displayed there by Klasson as he connects with a hook. Leary avoids the head kick by Klasson.
Leary appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Klasson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Leary as he jumps to the side. An attempted straight right counter from Leary misses the target. Klasson keeps Leary at a distance using the push kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Leary missing with a left hand there. Klasson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Klasson thows a left - swing and a miss! Klasson seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Leary and Klasson drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

#R1# A big right from King misses. Klasson ducks under a wild hook from King. Klasson throws a nice head kick!
#CUT#It looks like JT King has been cut. King looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Klasson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. King throws a shot from downtown. Klasson moves away and avoids it. Klasson attempts a counter takedown but King avoids it well and moves away. Klasson defending well as King loads up on a big left hand. Klasson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt King. Klasson plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!#TD# Klasson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in King's half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SUB# Klasson wants to work for an arm triangle but King is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
King is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. King has a hand on Klasson's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Klasson takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! King looks winded! King working to try and regain half guard.

#R1# Klasson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Gill sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Gill looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. A low kick from Klasson is predictable there and Gill counters with a nice low kick that buckles Klasson's knee momentarily. Klasson on the wrong end of a nice hook. Gill shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Klasson throws a half hearted mid kick. Klasson shoots for a double leg takedown but Gill sprawls well. He's pushed Klasson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gill tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. #TD# Klasson drives through with a takedown into guard. Gill is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Klasson won't allow Gill to sweep him here. Gill being controlled here, momentarily. #T1# Klasson stands and throws Gill's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Klasson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Gill looks calm but he's in trouble here. Klasson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Gill is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Klasson lets go of the hold and Gill can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Klasson shoots for a takedown but Horn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.#CL2# Klasson clinches up against the cage. Horn throws an elbow that misses.
Klasson tries to score a body lock takedown but Horn shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Alden Horn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now.
