Towers throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jonsson. #KD#
Jonsson cracks Towers with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Towers looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Jonsson finish him?

Lazar bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Towers is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lazar is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lazar in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Lazar lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Towers down.

Lazar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Towers is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Lazar slows the pace down.
Towers pushes Lazar away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lazar gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Towers is trying to escape the position but Lazar is controlling the position.
Lazar works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.#SUB#
Lazar has hold of Towers's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Towers tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lazar cranks the arm and Towers screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Towers, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
