Benson's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Benson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Benson lands a nice hook to Violet's body. Violet takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Benson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.#CUT#It looks like Ronnie Benson has been cut.
Benson moves out of range as Violet strikes.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Benson! But no joy.
A slow jab from Benson misses its intended target.
