Morales is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Morse will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.#SUB2# Morales is trying to land an Americana. Morales takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.#T3# Poor strikes thrown by Morales there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. That was a close second round but I would say that Harold Morse will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!#R3# Morales misses with a body kick. Morse listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Morse, as that shot connected.
Morse lunges at Morales with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Morales's hand. Morales is looking to clinch but Morse is avoiding it.

Morales is pressed up against the cage. Morse has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Morales down to the mat. Morales avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Morse misses the jab. Morse misses with an uppercut. Morales saw that one coming. Morales steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Morse. Morales shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Morse as he avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morales tries for a takedown but Morse sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Harold Morse has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kale Morales. Morse lands with a hook. Morales tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Morse lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Morse throws a shot from downtown. Morales moves away and avoids it. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Morse connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Morales momentarily.

Morse loads up on a big right hand but Morales slips the punch. Morse missing with a left hand there. Morales was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. #CL2# Morales moves into the clinch. Morales blocks a body shot from Morse. Morales pushes Morse back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Morse trying to control the position but instead, Morales has worked for underhooks and has pushed Morse into the cage. Morales changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Morse fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Morales is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Morse's shoulder. Morse looks to move to half guard but instead Morales has passed into mount! Damn! Morales postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Morse looks a forlorn figure.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Harold Morse. I think Morse has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
