Dowling misses with a double jab.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Williams! But no joy.

and Williams counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Williams is trying to control Dowling's posture. Dowling takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Williams! Dowling is rotating here... this could be the end... Williams is out! Dowling has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Booth.
Booth on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
