Canasta takes a shot right to the bread basket. McSwagga has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Canasta is landing a low percentage of strikes. Good shot there by Canasta. Canasta tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McSwagga paws at him with a jab and circles away. McSwagga is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. McSwagga looks to score with a jab to the body but Canasta is just out of range. McSwagga blocks a low kick nicely. Dathren definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Canasta is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Canasta lands a high kick!

Canasta ducks under a wild hook from Shitnobi. Canasta takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Shitnobi misses with a looping left. Canasta bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Shitnobi is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
