#R1##TD# Barboza looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Barboza thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kangtang's head. Barboza sitting and controlling from the half guard. Kangtang wants to get back to his feet. Barboza passes the guard and advances to mount! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Barboza cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kangtang is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Kangtang really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Barboza. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Barboza postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kangtang looks a forlorn figure.
#T1# Kangtang is bucking up trying to escape but Barboza cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Barboza content just to control the position here. Barboza lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Kangtang throwing hammer fists to the chest of Barboza. What's that going to do exactly? Barboza looking to control and managing it successfully. #SUB# Barboza with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kangtang is covering up but some of the strikes from Barboza are getting through and doing damage.

#R1##TD# James looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Kangtang!#SU# James decides to take the fight back to the feet. #TD2# Kangtang fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging James to the ground. Kangtang is now in James's guard. James manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!#TD# James is trying to trip Kangtang. He has hold of a leg but Kangtang is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. James persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Kangtang wants to get back to his feet but James passes into half guard.
#REVB##SUB# James is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Kangtang is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
