We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD# Ryder decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ryder content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Rei trying to control but Ryder postures up.

Rei really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ryder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Ryder has hold of Rei's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Rei tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Ryder cranks the arm and Rei screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Rei, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

#R1# Hwan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rei.
Rei takes one to the side of the head.
#KD# Hwan cracks Rei with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Rei looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hwan finish him?
#ROC#Rei is rocked!#CUT#It looks like Mikazuchi Rei has been cut. Hwan staying out of range there. Hwan throwing a counter right hand but Rei manages to avoid it. Rei is still on wobbly legs! Can Hwan finish him? Hwan uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rei throws a sloppy head kick and Hwan moves out of range easily. Rei pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from Rei misses the target. Rei seems to have recovered his senses. Hwan lands a nice looking body shot.
Hwan fakes the body blow, causing Rei to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Rei goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

#R1##TD# Georgiev closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rei did well to prevent Georgiev getting side control. Rei flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Rei tries to close the distance and clinch up but Georgiev swats him away and circles back towards the center. #TD# Georgiev looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Rei! Rei throws Georgiev to one side and escapes! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Georgiev on the wrong end of a nice jab.#TD# Georgiev shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Georgiev trying to pass the guard but Rei defending well. Georgiev is controlling the pace.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Georgiev not doing much here.
Georgiev seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Rei for as long as he can get away with. Georgiev frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. #T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Rei is still in real trouble! Can Georgiev finish him? Georgiev pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Georgiev raining down shots from the mount!
