#R1# Sheppard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Roh paws at him with a jab and circles away. Roh defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sheppard. Sheppard wants to clinch up but Roh keeps it at a distance. Roh circles away from the clinch attempt.
It looked like Roh wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Sloppy strikes from Sheppard. Those never looked like landing. It looked like Roh was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Sheppard. A jab from Roh finds it's way through Sheppard's defenses. Roh lands a really nice looking cross but Sheppard seems unphased.
Roh fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Sheppard throws a lazy head kick and Roh counters with a nice body shot. Sheppard on the wrong end of a nice jab. Roh stuns Sheppard with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Roh scores with a crisp jab that stopped Sheppard in his tracks. Roh waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sheppard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Roh looks to land a left hand but Sheppard moved out of range nicely. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sheppard. A shot to the liver by Roh. Beautiful body shot. Roh scores with a decent looking hook.#T1# Roh throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sheppard stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Sheppard has a takedown stuffed. Sun-Ji Roh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mason Sheppard. Roh lands a right hook to the body.
Roh lands an overhand right. Roh leaves Sheppard with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sheppard walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Roh scores with a nice right hand.

Roh dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sheppard misses with a takedown attempt - Roh sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sheppard needs to keep his hands up - Roh had a free shot at his head there.#T2# The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Roh sizes up Sheppard with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Sheppard is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sheppard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Roh's waist but Roh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sheppard off to one side. Sheppard looks winded! Sheppard shoots and misses and Roh counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sheppard tried to score with a low kick but Roh checks it. Sheppard on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Roh jabs at Sheppard's body. Sun-Ji Roh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Roh comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Roh jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Roh cracks a nice hook into Sheppard's ribs. Roh looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Roh scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Roh stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Sheppard on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.#T3# Roh lands with an uppercut that bounces Sheppard off the ropes and back into range. Sheppard tries to clinch but Roh moves out of range. Roh swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Sheppard doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Roh with a body punch. A glancing blow. Roh thuds a left hand into Sheppard's body. Jab by Roh. Sheppard takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Roh lands with an overhand left. Roh cracks Sheppard with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Roh throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sheppard on the side of the head. Roh bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sheppard's head backwards. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Roh lands with a cross. Roh lands a jab to the nose.#ROC#Sheppard is rocked! Roh getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Sheppard is still on wobbly legs! Can Roh finish him? Roh drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Sheppard right on the button. Sheppard goes down! Roh follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Roh gets the win via TKO!

#R1##TD2# Sheppard closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lin did well to prevent Sheppard getting side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lin is breathing heavily. Ground and pound from Sheppard. Sheppard lands strikes from half guard.#SU2# Sheppard stands up and beckons Lin to join him on the feet. #TD2# Sheppard feints and as Lin raises his hands in defense, Sheppard changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Lin wants to get back to his feet but Sheppard passes into half guard.
#REVR# Sheppard trying to pass the guard but Lin defending well. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#SU2# Sheppard decides to stand up. #TD2# Sheppard shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lin pushes Sheppard off but Sheppard dives into side control.
Lin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T1##SU2# Sheppard stands up. #CL2# Sheppard darts in and clinches Lin up against the cage.#TD2# Sheppard has Lin pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sheppard pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Lin tumbling to the mat - Sheppard dives into Lin's guard. Sheppard controlling from the top position. #T2##SU2# Sheppard gets to his feet. Lin looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Lin fails with an attempt to clinch.
#TD2# Lin tries to sprawl but Sheppard drives through with a takedown into half guard. Lin is trying to escape back to his feet but Sheppard uses the scramble to pass into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action! Sheppard happy to just control the position for now. #T3# Sheppard lands a decent elbow from side control. #SUB2# Sheppard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lin is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. #SU2# Sheppard stands up and beckons Lin to his feet. #CL2# Sheppard closes the distance and clinches. Sheppard landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
#T4##TD2# Sheppard wants the takedown. Lin is fighting it off but Sheppard persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Lin's guard against the cage. Sheppard lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Sheppard's corner is telling him to maintain position. Sheppard lands a couple of decent looking shots. Sheppard controls from within his opponent's guard. #SUB2# Sheppard is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. #SUB2# Sheppard drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Sheppard as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Lin screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Sheppard! Nice submission victory there!
