I was talking to Chai's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Chai takes it with a brutal technical knockout!

Canasta looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Shitnobi jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Canasta ducks under a wild hook from Shitnobi.
Canasta takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Shitnobi misses with a looping left.
Canasta bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Shitnobi is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Canasta keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Shitnobi.
Canasta tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Shitnobi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Canasta defending well as Shitnobi loads up on a big left hand.

Helas throws a hook to the side of Shitnobi's head but Shitnobi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Obi Wan Shitnobi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shitnobi takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Helas tried to score with a low kick but Shitnobi checks it.
Helas misses the jab.
Helas staying out of range there.
Shitnobi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Helas misses with a looping right.
Helas misses with a straight left.
Helas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shitnobi.#KD2#
Shitnobi cracks Helas with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Helas is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Helas is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!#CUT2#It looks like Vorar Helas has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
