Ramirez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Douglas is fending him off so far but Ramirez persists. Nope, Douglas circles away and we're back to standing.
Douglas throws out a counter right but Ramirez avoids it with no problem.

Ramirez takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Douglas has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
