Jones has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Nest in the buildup to the fight.
Jones blocks the body kick.
Tato shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Tato's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tato shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jones sprawls well. Jones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tato gets slowly back to his feet.
Fishbone Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Poe Tato.

Jones scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Ayala has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jones finds it's way round the side to connect with Ayala's head.
We've been told by Jones's head coaches at The Nest that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Jones catches Ayala with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
