#KD2# and Kon counters with a nice right hand that sends Kush toppling to the canvas! Kush scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Kon finish him?!#ROC2#Kush is rocked!#CUT2#It looks like Kona Kush has been cut.#CL2# Kon rushes Kush and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Oh Kush is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kush tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kon just stands there and leans against the cage. Kon lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Clinched against the cage, Kon lands a big elbow that drops Kush! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Kush is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kin Kon! Kin Kon is the new bantamweight champion! After the fight, Kin Kon was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. |

Kon lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Kon lands on the inside with an uppercut. Kon lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Gomez backwards. #BC2# Kon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#KD2# Kon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gomez sprawling to the canvas! Gomez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kon finish him?!
#ROC2#Gomez is rocked!#CUT2#It looks like Joel Gomez has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kon throws a monster overhand right that drops Gomez! Kon follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kin Kon! Kin Kon bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it. #CL2# The fight moves into the clinch position. Kon lands a shoulder strike. Jones is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kon is defending well. Jones's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Kon comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Kon scores with an uppercut up the middle. Kon lands a nice elbow. Jones tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kon just stands there and leans against the cage. Kon lands an elbow that stopped Jones in his tracks for a moment. #ROC2#Jones is rocked!#CUT2#It looks like Midget Mode Jones has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Kon prevents a takedown attempt there.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Midget Mode Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kon lands with a right to the head. Jones has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Kon lands a body punch. Jones tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. #BC2# Kon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jones seems to have got his legs back now.#CL2# Jones tries to keep at a distance but Kon has taken the fight into the clinch. Kon scores with an uppercut up the middle.#KD2# Kon lands a vicious elbow to the side of Jones's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Kon tries to finish him with strikes but Jones still seems able to defend himself so Kon steps back and lets Jones get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.#T1# Jones misses with a body shot.
Kon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jones. Jones is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kon drops Jones with a straight right hand, right on the button! Kon follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

#R1# Magyar fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kon avoids it really well and circles away. The fight stays on the outside here - Kon looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Miksa Magyar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Kon has closed the distance and engaged Magyar in a clinch.
Magyar is looking for a takedown. Kon prevents a takedown attempt there.
Kin Kon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miksa Magyar. Kon cracks Magyar with a nice body shot. Kon utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Kon scores with a nice hook to the head. Magyar wants to take the fight to the mat but Kon manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kon makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Magyar is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kon pulls him back up using the underhooks. Kon digs a right hand into Magyar's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Magyar's gas tank. Kon working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Magyar's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Magyar goes for a takedown attempt but Kon pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kon creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Magyar has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kon avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Magyar looks winded! Kon lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. #CUT#It looks like Miksa Magyar has been cut. Kon comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. A quick uppercut on the inside from Kon. Kon lands with a light punch inside. Kon lands a damaging elbow. Kon gets through Bautista's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Bautista's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Kon looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Kon lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bautista backwards. Kon lands a body shot. Kon lands with a left to the head. #ROC2#Bautista is rocked! Kon prevents Bautista from breaking the clinch. Oh Bautista is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kon stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Bautista seems to have got his legs back now. Kon lands an elbow inside. Bautista being controlled against the cage. Kon lands an elbow just above Bautista 's eye. #CUT2#It looks like Manuel Bautista has been cut.#T1# Kon lands with a right to the head. A shot in the inside from Kon. #R1##TD2# Kon gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Magyar to score an easy takedown into full guard. Magyar stopping the sweep attempt from Kon. Magyar trying to control but Kon is working from the bottom. Magyar lands a couple of decent looking shots. Kon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Magyar. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kon keeping moving, preventing Magyar from controlling successfully. Kon wants to sweep but no luck. Magyar engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Magyar stopping the sweep attempt from Kon. Kon is working hard here to advance position.#T1# Magyar connects with a couple of short punches. Kon throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Magyar working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kon's head. Kon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Magyar postures up and lands a big shot to Kon's brow. Magyar preventing the sweep. Magyar trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Magyar stands and throws Kon's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T2# You can see the frustration on Kon's face as Magyar controls the position. Kon gets back to half guard. Magyar looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kon with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Magyar is trying to control. Kon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Magyar is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Magyar looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Kon tries to roll over but Magyar keeps him under control. Magyar is trying to control the action in half guard but Kon is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Magyar works his way into full mount! Magyar lands a big elbow. #T3# Kon is trying to escape the mount.
Magyar lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Kon hang on? Kon sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Kon on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Kon wants to control the action here but instead Magyar manages to pass to full mount! Kon is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Magyar with a couple of short strikes. Kon bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!#T4# Kon throws a big elbow that misses. Magyar trying to keep a closed guard but Kon is proving a slippery customer.

Kon is in close to Hearns's body, working some short punches and elbows.#SUB2# Hearns is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kon is aware though and is defending well. Hearns looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Kon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kon missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kon landing with the ground and pound. #SUB2# Hearns has his foot on Kon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kon works his way back into a safe position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Kon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hearns has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kon has managed to get both his arms back between Hearns's legs - danger averted. Kon landing some decent shots from guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hearns wants to improve his position but instead Kon has moved into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hearns wants to get back to full guard.#T1# Kon landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kon wants to control from the top but Hearns keeps moving. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kon's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Kon working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hearns's head. Kon scoring with some ground and pound. #ROC#Hearns is rocked! Kon postures up and lands a big shot to Hearns's brow. Hearns is still in real trouble! Can Kon finish him? Kon arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Hearns's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Kin Kon decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world.
