Hizuki Tasahigo really struggled with his weight cut for this fight. After coming in at 161.8, he had two hours to cut the additional weight. He was unable to do so and as a result, his fight with Gavyn Mcintyre was cancelled. |

#R1# Tasahigo's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Tasahigo duly obliges. #CUT#It looks like Asa Christensen has been cut. Tasahigo throws a nice looking combination but Christensen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.#KD# Oooooh!!! Tasahigo has knocked Christensen down with a huge combo! Tasahigo steps away and waves a wobbly Christensen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!#ROC#Christensen is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Tasahigo dances in with a quick combination. Christensen is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Tasahigo snaps Christensen's head back. Christensen stumbles backwards against the cage. Tasahigo steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Christensen's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Christensen just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Hizuki Tasahigo! A loyal slave to those sponsorship dollars, Hizuki Tasahigo made sure he mentioned BANZAI COMBAT NUTRITION, along with how happy he was to win his fight. |
