Mferi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Phintanilyo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mferi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A jab lands there for Mferi.#CUT2#It looks like Droga Phintanilyo has been cut.
Phintanilyo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jab, jab by Mferi - just one landing.
Phintanilyo is breathing heavily.
Mferi connects with a body shot.
Mferi lands a glancing blow to the side of Phintanilyo's head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Phintanilyo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.#KD2#

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mferi darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Phintanilyo's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Mferi before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.

Droga Phintanilyo was interviewed post fight and said 'WHERE ARE YOU TAKING ME?! I SHOULD BE BACK HOME IN DAVAO CITY AFTER THIS TOURNAMENT, BUT YOU'RE SENDING ME TO DAVOS SWITZERLAND!!! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Some thuds a left hand into Mferi's body.
Some lands a right hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Some lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mferi at a distance.
Mferi misses the body punch
and Some counters with a left to the body.
Some has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.#T1#
Mferi takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Mferi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Trouble Some comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Some has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
