Kangasmaki throws a right hand that Lee ducks under and follows up with a left that Lee also avoids with ease.
And Lee tries to counter it with a takedown but Kangasmaki pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Lee shoots in for a takedown but Kangasmaki shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lee gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Kangasmaki counter with a right hand. #CUT#It looks like Sim Lee has been cut.
Kangasmaki throws a series of punches but Lee avoids them all with ease.
Lee takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lee shoots in for a takedown but Kangasmaki shows good takedown defense.
Aki Kangasmaki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sim Lee.
Kangasmaki throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Lee's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Kangasmaki dives in looking to finish as Lee flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Kangasmaki's strikes! Kangasmaki is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Lee's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Lee was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lee.
Lee has a takedown stuffed.#TD#
Li is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lee's half guard.
Li looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Lee is trying to control but can't.
Li prevents Lee from improving his position.
Li landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Li is nestled in close to Lee, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Li connects with a nice short shot to Lee's temple.
Lee is positioning himself well to prevent Li advancing to mount.
Li is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. #T1#

Lee moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Li is posturing up here but Lee has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Li tries to roll out but it's too tight and Li has to tap! Slick submission there by Lee!

and Mertel Ll counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Lee is looking to clinch.
It seemed like Mertel Ll was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.#TD#

Lee throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kamara was covering up waiting for the punch and Lee finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lee won't allow Kamara to get back to his feet.
Lee advances position into side control!
Lee is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Kamara's shoulder. That is not cool. #SUB2#
Lee has hold of Kamara's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kamara seems comfortable defending it but Lee has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kamara is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kamara is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lee couldn't care less - he's delighted!
